In some flats, in order to confirm the reservation, a percentage of the total amount of the stay must be paid in advance. This percentage can be up to 100% of the booking. Once the deposit has been received, Veuràs el Mar will validate the booking by sending the client an e-mail confirming receipt of this amount. This payment will be deducted from the total amount to be paid for the booking.
Cancellation policy at Veuraselmar.com
Each of the flats has its own cancellation policy. Veuràs el Mar will refund the corresponding amounts in each case.
In properties managed directly by Veuràs el Mar, the existing policy will allow any reservation to be cancelled up to the day before arrival. Therefore, in case of cancellation before the day before the reservation is made, the advanced amounts will be refunded in full.
In case of no-show on the initial day of the reservation, and without prior notice, the reservation will be cancelled without the possibility of recovering the advanced amounts of the reservation.
